    every dvd i make at the moment has no audio....i tested the files there is audio there but when put in a stand alone dvd player there is never any audio

    the files play fine other than no audio.....all settings in dvd lab are set my my area being PAL....all files are PAL Mpeg2 but no audio at play back and no idea why if anyone can help please

    What is your audio file format?
    It should be AC3 (most common), LPCM (large file) all 48 kHz sampling rate.
    When you import into DVD Lab asset bin it will ask you to demux your file, do that and you can see audio format.
    Also recommended procedure for proper compile.

    mpeg2 audio (mpeg1 layer2) is perfectly legal for PAL playback, as is AC3, LPCM and DTS.

    What audio are you using ?
    Do you get audio when you test on your PC ?
    Do you have menus ? If so, do they have the same format audio as your other assets ?
