Hi forum, I have a question about Demuxing with Mencoder/Mplayer.

Let's assume that I have an MKV file with the following specs:
    input.mkv
    1 audio
    1 video

Is there a way to do the following all in one Mencoder/Mplayer Command Line:
    1. Re-Encode the video and Demux the video with no sound
    2. Re-Encode the audio to a format of my choosing (most likely AC3) and Demux it as well

I have seen where you can flatout Demux the Audio and Video, but I have not seen anyone Re-Encode the Audio and Video and Demux it all in the same command line.
