    OK i downloaded a Tutorial for a software and i notice that it was in mov and the file size was small and the quality was good and i wanted to do that but i don't know how i converted a wmv to mov using Sorenson 3 codec but the file i huge and there file isn't ..

    Use a better compression and a lower video bitrate for smaller file size, for example h264 video. I use Mpeg StreamClip to make mov with h264.

    what is a good bitrate u recommended ..? and how would i be able to change it with that program..


    Edit: When I Export To what ever i want it doesn't show the video i shows all black ...

    Compare the specs of the original file with yours (resolution, bit rate, etc.) Some software allows you to make changes and others don't.

    There are many different video formats that you can use. The decision is usually based on the final use of the file.
