    I'm about to transfer an anime to VCD from DVD. I remember posts here and there about people having problems with anime. (I think one I remember is stuttering images) I wanted to know if there was anything I should look out for and what I should do about it.

    (I borrowed one from my cousin and have to give it back soon so I don't have time to experiment)

    I've done the Anime Ninja Scroll in PAL ripping with smartripper and encoded using Flaskmpeg it came out the same as any other DVD to MPEG 1 movie, no problems with stuttering and the image was fullscreen.
