How do you spot the "Director's Commentary" audio when it's not indicated? I wasted a few hours couple times from trying to guess.

In DVD Shrink you can identify audio tracks by right clicking in the preview window during playback of the main movie.

I just click on the "Audio" button on the remote and cycle through any soundtracks. Often they are mislabelled (or perhaps my player doesn't understadn the label), or labelled as "English" so it's the only way.
I sometimes sync in a podcast commentary as an extra soundtrack, I normally label it "German", lacking any more appropriate label in the authoring app.
