Has anyone got any suggestions for porting a linux/unix app to a win32 exe. There is a linux app that I would really like to use in windows. I've tried compiling the c code to a console app but have gotten a few errors.
Error 1
Couldnt locate getopt.h
fixed that problem by locating a win32 getopt
but now I have some linker errors.
If I have left any needed info out let me know.

i personally suggest using cygwin. It's fast, easy, and convenient. Usually most of the dependencies are included in the base cygwin install.

Thanks liquid217. I will look into that!

Liquid217 I would like to thank you for your suggestion of cygwin. It worked perfectly to port a linux app to win32 for me. Once again you have helped me out with some great info.
