Did you disable the virus scanner when you installed Ashampoo? Many programs recommend temporarily disabling the antivirus program to do the install, so that the antivirus program does not attack parts of the program you are trying to install.
My recommendation is uninstall Ashampoo. Disble the antivirus scan , then reinstall Ashampoo. Once installed enable the virussccan.
If this does not solve your problem, you are looking at a reformat.
Trying to clean the machine can take a while.Believing yourself to be secure only takes one cracker to dispel your belief. -

Oh man I hate image hosts that require you to disable adblock. You can upload your images directly to videohelp or use a service like www.imageshack.us to host your images.
Something wonky is definately going on.
What I have to suggest is kind of a last resort if you can't figure out the problem.
If all else fails then I would recommend wiping the harddrive clean with dban and then reinstalling your OS and all your programs. Sometimes a complete fresh start is the only way to solve some problems.
Keep in mind that dban will completely erase your entire drive so back up any important data and have your windows disc and other software ready for a complete reinstall.Donadagohvi (Cherokee for "Until we meet again") -

I can not stress this enough... DBAN will completely erase/wipe all hard drives in a pc so make sure and backup all important data and also make sure that you have your windows disc and installation discs for all your software as YOU WILL NEED TO REINSTALL EVERYTHING
Just dowload the dban iso and burn it to a blank disc. Then reboot your system with the disc in the optical drives tray. DBAN will give you options on how to proceed.
Here is a pdf that is included with the dban download that gives more specifics on how to use it.

I've have similar issues in the past when trying to run various appilcations or simply install software. My problem was bad RAM.

Sorry if I bother you with my problems hehe *turnsred* I have one more question.
Im an adminstrator in a inet caffee/club, and every computer has his own connection, but my "important" computer lose his connection after 2 hours...I cant open firefox, iexplorer turns out to be on my system "task manager" but in fact I never use iexplorer, only firefox, and after I restart my computer the connection comes back again and gets lost again after 2 hours...so it does have somethin to do with the viruses and other?
Sometimes I get this message... "Generic Host Process For Win 32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience "Send error report" or "Dont Send".
My father says that it has somethin to do with the program "utorrent" he is wrong, I use utorrent for 5 years, never had a problem with him or somethin like that, when I get this error and trying to log in on msn messenger it says "invalid IP" impossible, I even changed the new network card.
I will download the dban program, no doubt, I have to fix this, once again, thank you very much for taking your time to fix my problem -

It could just as easily be a hardware issue like bad ram as suggested by KrispyKritter.Donadagohvi (Cherokee for "Until we meet again") -
Where are you getting your IP? It could be a problem with your router (if you are using one) and the way it's handling DHCP. Most likely the result of a duplicate IP on your LAN. It could be that you have more than one router on your LAN, in which case only ONE of them should be running DHCP.
