I started the installation process, located the downloads, entered my OSX pw clicked "Install" and I got this message:
##/bin/sh: -c: line 1: unexpected EOF while looking for matching `''
/bin/sh: -c: line 2: syntax error: unexpected end of file
Can anyone help me? I have no idea what this means.

Yes it is the administrator, there are no special charectors in my account name or password.
It's worth noting that the program boots up now... does that mean it worked LOL?
On another note I'm trying to use this to split FLV's into jpeg frames and mp3 audio. But I don't see those options provided in the output list.
Also my FLV input isn't being recognized.

If you choose Install binaries from the ffmpegX menu, and nothing is marked in red, then the binaries were installed correctly.Originally Posted by thomashillard
Not sure what you mean by jpeg frames. For clips with the Motion JPEG codec, you should turn to QuickTime Pro, as well as for many individual frame images.Originally Posted by thomashillard
You mean it says Unrecognized in the source format window, or do you get an error message?Originally Posted by thomashillard
