    Please, is possible to encode, decode, rip etc. one ScreenSaver to Avi, MPEG ..... ?

    No, screen savers are just programs (like Word or whatever) that run. The only way to "transfer" to a video file them is to use a screen capture app. Look under Tools left.
    Some screen savers (MS Bliss the only one I know) actually play an AVI file - this can of course be used as is, but that variety of screen savers are rare it seems.

    I should mention Bliss (Or other animated screen savers) use a fair amount of CPU power, so other than looking nice, it doesn't accomplish any screen saving or power saving.
