OK, I've searched and I can't find a simple answer. I tried with DVD Decrypter IFO mode but it didn't work correctly. I just want to demux DVD-video that I have into separate M2V and AC3 files. What program can I use to do this?

Maybe you didn't notice it, but DVD Decrypter can EASILY do this. In IFO mode, select your clip, then change tabs to the [Stream Processing] tab, click to Enable Stream Processing, then highlight the stream you want and click the [Demux] radio button. Do this separately and fully for each and every stream that you want to be demuxed.
Then start the decrypting...
That's it. Done this scores of times, never had any problems. You can even select only certain chapters or cells to be demuxed...
