I have downloaded a video that has an avi extension but cannot figure out a process to convert to mpg2 and burn to dvd. TMPGenc will not recognize it as a valid file. The file is 170mb and 42 minutes long. Strange format to me, something about 5x25. Anyone have any ideas on how to handle this to make a DVD? It will play with Media Player and Power DVD but that is about it.
