I'm hard of hearing so I depended on closed captioning and english subtitle to follow verbal dialoug. Naturally closed captioning can't be included with VCD because the code is part of the V-blank and it's not something that can be made into VCD. So that leaves the subtitling.
I've checked through the guide for ripping DVD into VCD. But I think I missed a step somewhere because I can't figure out how to find/add subtitle to the VCD.
I have the VOBSub for the VirtualDub but where is the subtitle track? The guide weren't clear on where it's found and the rest of the guide made no reference to the subtitle track. And since I can't find them, I can't add it to the VCD. Was I supposed to have ripped the subtitle elsewhere or what?
I'm ripping Tron 20th Anniversary edition as a test. And yes it does have subtitle.
Thanks for any replies.
