how to make sure that your output format for autogk is either, avi, mpeg..

i try to compress my file with autogk, but then the output format does not supported by youtube. i really hope i can use autogk..can anyone help me how to do it...thnx

Format/Family : RIFF
File size : 20.0 MiB
PlayTime : 55mn 8s
Bit rate : 254 Kbps
Writing application : VirtualDubMod 1.5.4.1 (build 2178/release)
Writing library : VirtualDubMod build 2178/release
however, im not sure why the play time is still 55mn 8s!! i already split the videos...
