What happened to my post on best settings for TMPGenc

Hello, I sent a post out yesterday asking about the best settings for TMPG.
2 people wrote me back and gave me great step by step instructions on how to set up TMPG for best quality for MPEG 2, NTSC format and I would be using DV footage.
I was going to copy this and print it out, then the forum server was closed. And now I can't find the post. Here is an email with the post

The forum is back online but all posts and new users between about January 26 until today, January 29, have been lost so if you have registered as a new user you must register again.
