I have some discs of Divx files, and I'm having trouble backing up the disc. Nero keeps failing. Anything else out there I can try?
    Thanks

How does Nero keep failing? What is the error? Have you looked at the Nero burning log for the reason of the failure? You can post the log here. Edit out your Nero serial number on the first lines.

You can also burn DVD data discs with ImgBurn in 'Build' mode. I don't recall if it will do CD data discs, but there are quite a few other burning programs that will.

Tried ImgBurn. I get the same CRC Cyclic error.
But strangely the file plays fine on the computer and DivX player

crc errors means it can't read one or more sectors on a disc (or hdd). Unless you play every clip completely through you may not hit the bad spot. The home player may even skip over it.

Have you tried copying the files to your hdd. Hopefully it's only one file in error and the crc error will pop up on that file. At least you can skip it and get the others onto your hdd. You can then concentrate on the bad file. It may be dirt or you may need to use a disc data recovery program.

CRC errors can be because your burner doesn't have the proper burn strategy for your media. Have you tried different media? Or there are errors in the file itself. Players can ignore errors, but computers when copying insist on 100% error free information.
