I put an mkv file into TSremux and tried turning it into a .ts file. For some reason it puts the audio in the new container, but not the video. I tried several different files all with problems. The files have Ac3 audio and H264 video. The h264 is compressed using x264. Any idea why the problem?

It's still in early beta for MKV support. It only supports MKV with Mpeg2 and Ac3 so far.

    oh
whats the best way to turn .mkv to .ts then?
in xmuxerpro I was having issues too... i used mkvextract to get the h264 and ac3 for example, then it said the video was like an hour longer than the audio (which it isn't really)... im just really failing here at changing the container

Good luck. H264 TS files aren't easily created. Wait a month or so, and he'll have Tsremux working with your MKV combination (probably).
