Since my question is very similiar I'm posting it here. I have a DVD that contains outside video and consequently has a lot of background noise from wind. I know how to change the audio somewhat to reduce this noise but now I need to put the new audio with the old video to create a new DVD. How do I do this? Thanks!

You could re-author the whole thing again. But if you got menus and other stuff you want to preserve one way to do this is:
