This is probably pretty easy to do. But, for whatever reason, I can't figure it out.
I have a video that is 1.5 hours long, and I want to condense that video down to just a few minutes. What would be the best way of doing this? I was planning on just increasing the amount of frames per second. But that might not be the best way.... I'm just not sure.
Any advice or tips would be highly appreciated! Thanks... in advance.

I don't really use Vegas, but you would normally 'decimate' the video, IE, remove every other frame or similar to halve the playing time, then adjust the FPS framerate back to the same as the original. Sort of like a 'strobe light' effect.
I would assume Vegas can do that. I use VirtualDub for that most times.
And welcome to our forums.
