Hi,
I'm willing to use ffmpegX 0.0.9x to convert the (mpeg) videos from my Handycam DCR-SR52 into a quicktime format that iMovieHD can recognize.
It works great, and -starting from the .MOV mpeg-4 preset, I've defined a preset that adjust properly to the size of the video.
However, the weird behavior is this:
I load my preset, I drop in a first video to convert, and encode: fine
BUT, I then drop a second video to convert and (part of) my preset is immediately lost: although it does well keep the deinterlace option in the filters, it reverts the image size to the default value instead of the 720x576 I defined in my preset, and so does the target bitrate.
Is it a bug? Is it normal? How can I overcome this?
Thanks for any hint.
Xavier
