I have a Hauppauge WinTV-PVR USB2 I have everything installed correctly (to my knowledge) im getting sound and video to appear on my PC while I play my XBOX 360 on my big screen. The problem is with the quality of my screenshots and playback video overall. It looks a little something like this:

It looks like a weird mix of color and black and white all in one feed and I cant present screenshots/vids that look like this. Does anyone know how to correct this problem?
