    Hi,I have a divx -MPEG Layer-3,127 kBit/s, 44,100 Hz, Stereo , 576 x 320, 143569 Frames, 23.976 Frames/Sec, 119 KB/Sec, Unknown Format.question,what is best way to convert to vcd,do I need to change audio and do I just use TNPGENC.and load (ntscfilm)template and encode.thanks in advance for any help.

    i tried just puttin it in tmpeg, but that doesnt work too well...it started stuttering and stuff, which i guess is just a difference in framerate or somethin.
