  1. Hey I used the Prasso PrimoDVD program to burn some data to a dvd-rw and when it was finished...in windows explorer it wouldnt' pull up the data on teh cd...just lists it as blank...Do I need to install a new driver or do dvdrws need to be formatted before they can be read in WExplorer or what?

NO! Do not format the disk, or it will become useless.
What did Prasso say when it was done?
Does Prasso see anything on the disc?

Yes. If Prasso see's it, explorer should. Try removing it and reinserting it, and rebooting.

  5. My Win98 tends to see DVD-r and RWs as having an audio track, even when they're blank. I open them up in Nero, and I get the actual contents. Windows tends to have issues with changing disc volumes if auto insert notification is turned off. Hell, sometimes when it isn't!
