I've got a Samsung HD870 DVD player and when I try to play a DVDRW on it, the beginning sequence is shown, then it skips immediately to the credits. It works fine on my PC, is this a good indicator of a good burn?
Thanks.

What brand of DVD media are you using? Not all settop players will work with all brands of DVDRW. I would try some different brands.
What programs did you use create the DVDRW and burn it with?
Playback on a PC doesn't mean much as they are much more tolerant of problems than a settop player.
And welcome to our forums. -
DVD Shrink can't burn by itself. It either uses Nero or DVD Decrypter, depending on the settings. I don't use DVD RW very often, but I would try a different brand, maybe Verbatim. And if you are using Nero for burning, try ImgBurn. It can burn either a ISO or a VIDEO_TS folder from DVD Shrink. Also, unless you plan to reuse the DVD disc, you could try a regular DVD, not RW.
