    I have a VCD that I want to change into MPG or AVI so that I can add subtitles to the movie using VirtualDub, and then I'm gonna burn it back to a VCD.

    Which should I convert to? MPG or AVI? How do I convert it from VCD? I can't seem to find it on the site.
