    Do anyone know how to convert liquid .lqt files to mp3?

    You could try MediaCoder, but the liquid audio format may have other files with it and may have copy protection.

    If you have a player that can play it, Total Recorder can re-record it to MP3.

    One thing you can try are the Liquid Audio/LQT plugins for Winamp. I found one (in_lqt) on this page: http://www.fortunecity.com/greenfield/hunters/240/bigdog/downloads.htm , but I don't know if it works, as I don't have any LQT files to throw at it.
    With the plugin, you may be able to write the file to another format using Winamp - or, if you have any other player or converter that allows for the use of Winamp plugins (such as DBPowerAmp with Winamp plugin support installed (separate download, last I checked)), you can try using those to convert the file(s).
    If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?
