While capturing visual output and playing a game on the same computer is alright and all (especially good for multi core users) it does have its drawbacks for single core users, or users wanting to record REALLY high resolutions (higher than 1600x1200 or 1680x1040). There is also the hard drive issue, not being able to write the video files efficiently and quickly.
So i had an idea to record on another computer while playing a game on the main computer, but i dont know how or what hardware is needed for it.
The exact thing i want to do is capture only the visual output from computer A and record it in uncompressed frames on computer B, the audio part i already know how to do, its the visual capture i have no idea on.
If possible, it would need to be the most simplest thing as hooking up the two computers directly.
