When I try Connecting my DVD with VGA output to computer monitor, this stay idle. Looks like it is not receiving signal from de DVD, but when I connect the same VGA output to the VGA input of my Sony proyector it works perfect.
Any idea?
Thanx a lot.

Your monitor may not support the low resolution and refresh rate put out by the DVD player. Do you know what resolution and refresh rates it puts out? Computer monitors typically won't sync to anything less than 640x480 at 60 Hz progressive. They usually won't sync to an interlaced signal.
