Irritating "glinch" in VCD

Everytime i play a VCD in my DVD player,

the movie "glinches",, skips a little bit..
let me make this clear:

When every keyframe ends (or starts) is freezes for a very short time, but it is noticable.. and therefor starts to irritate me VERY MUCH

I had burned other movies before and those do not have this problem, so it's not the DVD player..

But what is??????

thanx for your reply's (not)... but ive found it out myself....

seems that i encoded @ the wrong frame rate i used 1800 in stead of 1150 kpbs, one that my dvd player couldn't handle... that and because i had the audio @ 48.000 hz... in stead of 44.100 hz..

hope that i helped someone.... out there....
