    Is there software that I can obtain that can enlarge a avi, mpeg, bin ect video without reducing the quality of the film... or a suite that can enhance the video and adio quality at professional level...cost is no issue, But if there is cheaper or free app can do the same job just as well then please share. Thanks!

    Short answer is no. The long answer is that there are programs that can enlarge video to a degree, however there is always some degree of quality degradation.

    Having tested it out, it is incredibly slow just resizing a moderate amount, with results only marginally better than using avisynth and lanczos4resize. Certainly not justified by the time required. The still samples shown are of dubious value.

    If you have modest expectations - you expect and accept soft images as a result of the process - then there are options. If you expect the resized version to be high quality and look as good as the source then you are in for disappointment.
