    Dear Sir
    Please does anyone know what free videocapture software is available eg to capture from a video camera
    Also I have a PCI tv card (analog) but no software. Please does anyone know what software free that is I can download so as to tune and view tv on the pc
    Your kind assistance in this matter is appreciated

    WinDV (if minidv camcorder)

    there are others... these are what I've used. Check them out in the Tools section.
    Even a broken clock is right twice a day.
