a problem with subtitle

Hello everybody,
I have on my computer a dvd movie (dvd-r format) and also subtitles which I want
to add to the movie.
I am using the vobedit program in order to demux the original subtitles of the movie but for some reason it doesn't fully demuxed and I need some help.

What do you mean by not fully demuxed?

Or try demux with pgcdemux instead.

If you want a text file from the subtitle you must use a ocr tool like subrip,dvdsubedit.
