My new subtitle problem

Managed to actually get subs added to a few movies,but need help with following please.

Have been using avidemux to add subs,but i have one movie where subs are out of sync,

problem is i cant work out how to sync in,without actually seeing the movie play,avidemux preview wont show me subs,
in its preview window.

Sync with something else like subtitle edit.
