Could somebody help me please...

I´m using newest version of tmpgenc (2.50) and it encodes (DiVX)AVI files fast for vcd... It cuts big mpeg files to smaller ones easily by using merge&cut... but when I start to burn cut mpegs to VCD with Roxio Easy CD creator 5 platinum edition it gives me error called "system clock reference error" I think it should be 1200 but mine is 1050 or something like that in cut clips...
but when I add my uncut big mpeg file to easy cd creator it doesn´t do that (system clock reference is 1200). But then I´d need something like 1.1 GB free on my cd-r.
Funniest thing is that tmpgenc used to work just fine but started act this way just a while ago. Is there anykind timelimit in tmpgenc?
I also have tried other versions of Tmpgenc... but it does same with older ones(even with japanese versions).
I´m a newbie but please don´t laugh very much to me
My system is currently
PIII 733, 256 RAM, windows 2000 professional

Make sure you set your Type to MPEG Video CD when you do merge and Cut. Thats possibly one of the problems.
