Being relatively new to this, I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

I edited a avi clip in Windows Movie Maker and saved it in AV-DVI format. It plays fine on my pc.

And then, I dropped it into Super to encode it into a .MOV file because the site I'm uploading to recommends that format for best quality.

The .MOV file plays fine when I play it with Quicktime on my computer, but after I upload it to the site, the image is fine, but there's no audio whenever the site plays it! It happens with every .MOV file I try.

Every other file I upload there (WMV, FLV, etc) has audio, although I'm not happy with the diminished visual quality.

So I'm guessing something's amiss when I do the encoding in Super. Which output audio codec or audio settings (sampling freq, channels, bitrate kbps, etc) should I be using for a .MOV file to be uploaded to a vid site like livevideo?
