From cam to 100 authored DVDs in < 20 minutes? No way, I'd say.
Possibly if you recorded on a DVD cam, and just duplicated the raw footage on a high speed high capacity duplicator(s). Can't these duplicators be rented?

Well i prefer to buy it.. im in mexico and i ve done my research and i do bealive that no one has this equipments...
so i dont mind buying a duplicator or a tower
i was thinking maybe a tower for 20 dvds and its seems on my research it takes 7 min for those 20 dvds... so in 30 min i would have my 100 dvds.. but i want to know if that is my best option and that if im rght! thanks for you help -
There is no benefit from having all your burners in just one BIG tower. Buy several smaller towers - 1 to 7 for example. You can determine the number of towers by calculating the burn speed and the number you need to burn in a given amount of time. Another benefit of having several smaller towers is if one fails, you still can use the others. If you only have one and it fails - you're dead!

You might take a look here: http://www.supermediastore.com/dvd-duplicator-tower-pioneer-16x-dvd-cd-duplicators.html There are duplicator towers for 20 DVD's up to 70 near the bottom of the page.

But getting them to DVD format in under 20 minutes... not likely, unless you just want the raw, unreferenced video.
It would be better to properly edit the video (you don't mention the length of these conferences, but if they are over 2-2.5 hours, then post processing is almost a necessity), and cut out the dead spaces. Then add the chapter marks (with a corresponding chapter menu) and a nice main menu.
Better to just use the mail system to get the finished product to the participants - or, have them wait around for two days while the DVD is produced.ICBM target coordinates:

Comments about the time required to properly edit and author a DVD are correct. However, there is a substantial market for live DVD's and CD's that are sold and delivered at performances. The reason for this is that the numbers sold are far higher when "instant" delivery is possible. Those that do this usually record directly to a DVD recorder and do zero editing. They copy the discs "as is" right off the DVD recorder. Often times they have preprinted blank discs ready to go as soon as they come off the duplicators. This is becoming more popular with bands for example.

Thanks all foor you help
that is exactly what i want.. to have the dvds pre printed.. so when the conference ends.. i just start duplicating what i had recorded in a dvd with out editing... and have them ready asap
so buying several towers is a good option right? -

Cheaper option is to by a PC with a lot of PCI slots and put like 6 IDE controllers of four drives each in it. Controllers of four drives are usually cheap. I curently burn DVDs on a PC which has four DVD burners connected to system IDE controller plus 8 DVD burners connected to 2 cheap PCI IDE controllers (cost like 2x15$). PC has 3GHz PIV wich is employed for around 20% when burning. The system and burn data resides on two SATA HDs of 400Gb and 500Gb.
