Divx to DVD: Movie is bucking

Hi,

sorry for my bad english

I have some Divx-Files that i want to burn with an menu on a DVD. My Problem is that the Movies on the DVD are "bucking" (is bucking the right word in english?) with SVCD2DVD, the movies have lapses!

What can i do?

Can you post your log file? It's in the 'logs' folder where you installed SVCD2DVD.
Are you in a PAL or NTSC region?
Can you describe the "bucking"? Do you mean the image is unstable during high motion scenes? What do you mean by 'lapses'?

here the log. I´m in a PAL-Region. With "bucking" i mean, that the movies are "play > not play > play > not play..." (the movie hangs again and again while it play). Do you understand?

You seem to be converting from PAL to NTSC. If this is what you want to do then you should enable "Pulldown" in the settings. If you can play PAL DVDs on your player then disable the PAL to NTSC conversion in the settings.

The Source is PAL and i want to create a PAL-DVD. My mistake was that i have enabled "Pulldown". Now i have disabled it and it´s ok :P

It´s possible to set the bitrate for AVI2MPEG? If not is DVD Shrink the best option to get a to big result on a DVD?

Have you tried the 'Autofit" button near the bottom of the main screen? It's by the bar showing the output size of the project. This will work very well with AVI sources.
