  1. Awesome piece of software.

There does seem to be a problem with PE mis-reading the size of a VIDEO_TS folder when created by Nero Recode. The actual size of the folder is, of course, around 4.3 G, but usually PgcEdit comes back with a higher #, one too high to burn to a single layer disc.

Anyone know what might be causing this??

Do you have other files at the same directory level as VIDEO_TS or in other subdirectories at the same level as your VIDEO_TS folder? If so, PgcEdit will read everything at the same directory level as being part of the DVD and will give you too large a size as it's trying to create a DVD with everything. For example, if you have a directory called MY_VIDS and underneath that you have the VIDEO_TS directory that holds 4.3 GB of video and you also have in the MY_VIDS directory miscellaneous other video files that equal 1 GB in size, PgcEdit will sum up the VIDEO_TS directory and everything at the same directory level and give you 5.3 GB of size needed for the ISO. Move or remove any files at the same directory level as VIDEO_TS and it will report the correct size.
