    Okay I am trying to make a dvd video and the files i have are in h264 format i try to use nero vision to make it but nero crashes. is there any other programs that are compatible with the h264 codec that i can make a dvd video with?

    You might try ConvertXToDVD, the freeware version might work also. Or try SUPER. Those are both One-Click type programs.

    The better way would be to use standalone encoders and authoring programs, such as HC and GUI for dvdauthor. Both are freeware, but take a bit of learning.

    oops wrong ccodec it is actually x.264 with the end extenstion of .avi
    Will those programs you suggested work with x.264?
