try the mac the ripper forums at http://www.ripdifferent.com/phpbb2/index.php. New DVDs are incorporating blank or "zero cells" that MTR can't handle yet unless you donate ($35?) for the new beta version and use in in conjunction with DVD2ONEX (DETOX) ($45?). However, some have found a way to use the current version with detox, if you have detox already. I'm waiting for the next public release of MTR, myself. Or, if you're really ambitious, you could use the current release of MTR/ detox method, but instead of detox, use the free myDVDedit to remove the zero cells. I haven't done it myself, but I have a theory that it is possible. Best of luck!

    1) Disable File Size Calculation in Preferences

    2) Use MTR 2.6.6 in Title Set Extraction
Make sure you choose the Title that is Main
Feature. Ignore Warning. Let it RIP!

    3) Use DVD2oneX to check for zero cells

    4) Burn with DVD2oneX or another App.

If this doesn't work, go to RipDifferent, Register,Donate and get the latest beta which is MTR3.0r14d to use on the newer DVD from companies like Sony.

You have to do a Movie Only shrink in DTOX,
    NOT a Full Disc Compression.

Choose Movie Only, DTOX will select the main
movie track, and just follow down the tree on
the left Window until you get to past language and captions
to Chapter/Cells, and check for Cells that may be 1:00, 2:00
mins or even 0:00 minutes, but say 0.0MB.
    These are zero cells.
