hi all can i change the bitrate from 11.50 to a higher settin,
it wont let me do this help please

Nope. Panasonic is only an Mpeg 1 VCD encoder I believe. I think you must use TMPG to get the flexibility of an XVCD

Basically you believe right. Nevertheless, if you just encode MPEG1 Video then you can change bitrate settings. Anyways, for XVCD I'd use TMPGEnc.
