I have crossed the lists of Nero Digital certified with Divx certified and found nothing. Does anyone have a player that is Divx or Divx Ultra certified and will play .mp4? .mov? .m4v?

It'd have to be Quicktime-certified to play .mov.

Seriously, though, I don't know of any set-top player that plays .mov files. I'm not sure about .m4v. Some players may have limited support for .mp4 files, though. My 642 apparently does - but only if it's basically a DivX/Xvid video stream with an MP3 audio stream.

Some players need AAC audio together with MPEG-4 ASP (can be divx or xvid) video in the MP4 container. Nero digital is normally with aac audio.

The Kiss 1600 player appears to do some of what you want. It will play MP4 and Divx Ultra. Note that there doesn't appear to be any support for HD Divx and no Quicktime support, but as Ai Haibara says, I also don't know of any standalone player that plays Quicktime files. Do a web search on Kiss Technology to find out more about this player. Kiss Technology only sells their players in Europe, but a few get imported into the USA.
