hi, i got a new problem with tmpgenc, every video i encode, after its reported as done, i open it up in windows media player and it always reports the video as just under an hour long for instance the last video says its 00:59:53 long, when it should be 01:54:54 long.

I've tried uninstalled and reinstalling the program with no luck, and not sure whats causing it.

I'm using doom9s guide to convert an avi to dvd, just encoding the video part not the audio.
Use to work all the time no problem, encoded over 40 dvds before so i dont know whats screwing it up now.

any help would be great, thanks!

  2. Only virtualdubmod can show you the real duration of elementary video stream. WMP is junk, but there is no player that will show you the real duration of elementary mpeg video stream

I get this from m2v files from HCEnc.
Nothing necessarily wrong with the file.

Does it run to the end? Is it at normal speed? If so, don't worry about it. After you author it with the audio it should be fine.

yea its running to the end, at normal speed, just have some problems in some author programs, theres manual fixes for the author program, but i was wondering if this is just a normal glitch or theres a fix for it.
