  1. i have a few m2v files - how can i merge them?
    which tool should i use?

    i also have AC3 strems and i want to merge them too,
    how can i do it?

    i'm no expert when it comes too muxing-demuxing merging

    but i would mux the respective m2v & audio with out authoring ( just create mpeg2 files, then append , edit , merge etc.. with your favorite mpeg editor

    its much easier keeping the video & audio in sync with multiple files if you are using multiplexed streams instead of elementry streams

    Abond, i have Cuttermaran, it accepts elementary streams but it can only cut them... thanX anyway man!

  5. It can ofcourse merge them. Load the first one. Cutin at the furst frame, cutout at the last frame. Add to the cutlist. Load the second file. Cutin at the first frame, cutout at the last. Add to the cutlist. And so on. When you have imported all the files and added to the cutlist in the appropriate order, click Cut video/audio.
