can't encode VBR 3 pass in FlaskMpeg with cce 2.50 plug-in

When I use CBR or 1-pass VBR in FlaskMpeg with CCE 2.50 plug-in, it work perfect, but with the same .vob file, I can't encode it when setting to VBR 3-pass. In FlaskMpeg I don't process audio just encode video, when FlaskMpeg process reach 100%, I get this error " get frame fail " and CCE close. I use winXP, FlaskMpeg 0.6 with CCE 2.50 plug-in. Any help, thanks.
