  1. In TMPGEnc when you are choosing your settings there is an option for full scree (keep aspect ratio) and full screen. Is there a major difference between these 2 options? If my project is 720X480 NTSC full screen will it display the same with either of these settings? I aske because I already encoded 1 long clip for a DVD and forgot to choose keep aspect ratio and now I'm encoding a short clip and don't know whether to change it.

    Yes, the video will be stretched to fill the screen no matter the original aspect ratio unless you "keep" it's original specs.

    Edit - In your case it shouldn't make a difference though since it was a full screen source.

  3. After compile it looks normal on playback, so I'm not too worried in this case. This is the only time I've ever forgotten to check that option. That's why I was asking about it.
