My toolbar is currently located on the right side of of my monitor, can someone please tell me how to move it to the bottom of the monitor? Thank you for your help.

Well that suxs.....
You should just be able to drag it by clicking an unoccupied part of the bar below the programs that are open, note that you won't get any cursor. -
Click and hold it and drag it to the bottom. If it won't move, right click on it and unlock it, then move it. When it's on the bottom, lock it so it doesn't move again..
