    I think it aired on Nickelodeon in the 80's, but I'm not sure...

    Anyway, it was not an animated show.

    It was about a dude who stumbled into a paralell world via an opening that was caused by a downed power line.

    Any ideas as to the name of it?

    Unfortunately, none of the shows listed at them is the one that I'm looking for.
    This leads me to believe that perhaps the show I'm trying to recall the name of did not air on nickelodean.
