Ok, I use MTR, DVD2One and Toast Titanium 7. I have been able to back up all of my dvds at home.

But for some reason, when I try to backup a dvd series (like Sopranos, Arrested Developement, 24, etc....basically any dvd with EPISODES) it will not work. It will rip it, compress and burn it, but the menus dont exist like on the original and it usually only will put the first episode on there...and it automatically starts as soon as you put the dvd in. It is almost like using MTR and saying "MOVIE ONLY" or something like that.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

PS: I use an iBook G4 to do all of this.

Hm... I use MTR 3 and DVD2One to compress/burn. All 5 seasons of 24 worked fine for me... It does sound like MTR is thinking movie only for some reason. Are you using MTR 3?

You could try jettisoning Toast and just using DVD2One's burn feature, as that combo has worked for me.

I don't use DVD2One, but when using Toast's Fit-to-DVD you must choose to have the entire MTR full-disc extraction compressed and burned to a single-layer disc for the menus to remain intact. Otherwise the menus are removed and the disc becomes auto play. So I assume you have done something in DVD2One to remove some of the original DVD content.

Hmm...thanks for the info guys. I will have to see if I have MTR 3. I dont think mine is.....but I always do a full disc extraction on MTR and with compress with DVD2One..and burn with Toast. So you are saying try burning it with DVD2one?

    Thanks!
