Discovered a major error when looking at my captured avi's tonight. Somehow the sound never got recorded. Looked into Audio settings, and in 'Input Settings', and Input has somehow changed to Microphone. The problem is I can find no Line-in in my menu now and I have no idea how to make it come back. Tried setting up in the windows mixer settings but it still wont appear. Anyone have any clue or experience of this problem?

Are you running on XP or Vista ?

Have you reinstalled your sound card drivers ?

XP is running. Haven't done anything to the drivers. No clue what may have happened since I captured on the same computer just a week ago..

  4. Have you rebooted? My computer sometimes loses audio after working with video. Only a reboot brings it back.
