i have cinema craft encoder SP v2.70 (CCE)(the cheap one not the £2000 one)

i want to know a easy way to convert a avi file to dvd format with the video_ts folder and the vob files.

is there a program out there that uses cinema craft Encoder to do this in a easy and pretty fast time. also ntsc to pal conversion (only 4 sum of the files)

Read this superb guide - https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=222898
When you have your video and audio files you need to author, TDA is very easy to use.

Why do you want to convert NTSC to PAL? IMO it's pointless, your DVD player will most likely play NTSC anyway.

Forget that guide! Just use The FilmMachine with your CCE.
It does perfect NTSC to PAL using AVISynth.
    AC3 5.1 to 5.1
    stereo to AC3 2.0
Subs(txt subs) selectable and hard coded.
    Outputs your required DVD folder.
And all project files are available in the output folder too(m2v video, ac3 audio, muxed mpg, CCE ECL, AVS script).
If you want to do anything like load the AVS and use your own CCE settings after audio encoding is finished, its all there.
Very easy to use and easily the best 1 clicker out there for AVI to DVD.
